Refund Eligibility Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of your appointment. Refunds are available if the service provided does not meet the agreed style or quality standards. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction due to personal preference changes after the service is completed. Products purchased in-store, such as hair care items, are refundable only if defective. Service Correction Option We offer a complimentary correction service within 3 days of your appointment if you are unsatisfied with your haircut or grooming.
